    Stored information from ISIR

    After you activate the report to download ISIR information, transactions are periodically downloaded to Dynamics 365 Business Central. Information about individual ISIR transactions is displayed in ISIR Change Log.

    Home Page

    Newly downloaded items from the Insolvency Register for all Czech customers in the system can be viewed by selected users in the ISIR Change Logs folder on the home page. The number displayed represents the number of new (unprocessed) ISIR entries.

    Customer Card

    Insolvency information is available on the Customers page and on individual customer cards in the ISIR Change Log Fact Box or via Customer menu, ISIR Change Logs. Shown here:

    • the total number of downloaded ISIR proceedings pending against a specific entity.
    • URL of the detail of the last item of the proceedings, click on this link to view detailed online information about the proceedings from the portal isir.justice.cz.
    • the management status of the last downloaded ISIR item.
    • the date and time when the last item was downloaded by an automatic job or by manually running the report.
    • the date and time when the proceedings were last updated in the ISIR.
    • information whether all items have been processed, that is, whether they have been double-checked and marked as processed by one of the authorised users.

    ⚠️ For a customer who has no proceedings in the ISIR, just one ISIR change item is created. This entry has no URL detail of the control and no control status. It is automatically marked as processed and the only thing that changes on this item is the date and time the report was last run.

    ⚠️ To open and review both ISIR Change Logs table and ISIR Change Log Fact Box, each customer should have Registration No. field filled in and Country/region Code = CZ.

    Manual Update ISIR

    If you need to run a manual ISIR update for a specific customer, this is possible directly in the Fact Box, both from the list and from the customer card. Click on the heading of the ISIR Change Logs information window to view the ISIR Update report and click on it to run it. Running this report will update the information in this window with the facts.

    Customer card blocking

    The new ISIR entry automatically blocks the relevant customer card for delivery on sales documents (Closed = Deliver). If the customer is already blocked for invoicing or all, then the block on delivery will not occur.

    Sales Documents

    If the customer, who is from the Czech Republic and has filled in an Registration number, has not been verified on the insolvency register, then when the sales document is issued or posted the user will receive an informative message whether he wants to continue or not in this situation. If he selects yes, the sales document will be issued/posted, if not, the document will remain open.

    Processing of ISIR change log

    New ISIR change items can be reviewed and subsequently processed on the Unprocessed ISIR Change Logs page. This page can be viewed for all new entries from the home page. Items marked as ISIR Processed will no longer appear in the filter of this pile.

    1. On the Home page, click on the Unprocessed ISIR Change Log pile.
    2. Review the new records, view the management detail and take the necessary steps on the customer card if necessary.
    3. Mark the item as processed with the Process action and then select All or Marked only and older.
      • The All option marks all rows for the customer on which the cursor is positioned as processed (Processed ISIR = YES).
      • The Marked only and older option will mark the row for the customer on which the cursor is positioned and any of their older records that are not processed as ISIR Processed=YES. Newer records for this customer will remain unprocessed.
    4. Items marked as ISIR Processed will no longer appear in the filter of this stack.
